Here are some of the highly talented people who

will be shared their skills with us at the show.

Jacqui is the founder of Totally Sugar, a London based company specialising in edible art. A pastry chef, cake decorator, multi-gold medal winning sugar artist.


She won the "Best in Show" award at Cake International in 2014, In 2017 won a Top 10 International Sugar Artist award in New York. Cake Decorator of the year at Salon Culinaire.


Her clients include Harrods, multi-national corporations and HRH Queen Elizabeth.


Jacqui will demonstrate her model making skills in the theatre showing us how to make a modelled mouse cake topper called "Hugs & Kisses".

Catalina specialises in “free form” flowers - using no cutters at all to make her flowers, instead each petal is formed by hand.


Catalina teaches making sugar flowers all over the world and has been featured in several international cake & sugarcraft magazines such as Cake Central, Cake Masters, American Cake Decorators and Pasteles de Ensueño. She also manages to run a successful full time cake decorating business.


She has won awards for her work in competitions all over the world - Barcelona, Marseille, Cake International Birmingham and London, Hong Kong, Istanbul and Paris.

We are so pleased to announce that the fabulous, multi award winning Emma Jayne will be joining us at the show.


In addition to demonstrating some of her amazing sugarpaste model making skills in the demo theatre - she will be exhibiting a selection of her award winning pieces in the Foyer.


Emma Jayne is also a brand partner for Renshaws and rumour has it that she is organising Renshaw goodies bags for you too !


She'll be showing us how to make her Snow Bunny - which she unveiled on a recent tour of Australia, as well as using armatures to support your models.

We're very proud to welcome Mark to demonstrate his chocolate skills for us at the show.


An award winning chocolatier and pastry chef. You may remember him as the winner of BBC Two's Bake Off Crème de la Creme.


Mark is the author of several definitive books on chocolate and pastries including "Mastering Chocolate", "Working with Macaroons" and "Working with Chocolate".


You may also have seen his stunning chocolate dress which was displayed at Harvey Nichols and at the Salon du Chocolate in London.
